We like Bluehost as a hosting company, but downgraded them a bit due to known outage issues and slower customer service wait times on the phone. Things we love include a free domain, cheaper payment plans in 12, 24, and 36 month intervals, and a straightforward website builder for complete beginners.

For the price and cost, I find Bluehost a very attractive web hosting solution for small to medium business owners.
